Rose Sugar
$10.99
While traveling back home to Pennsylvania on a vacation to Virginia Beach, we decided to stop in Colonial Williamsburg to tour the area. One of the shops we visited had "Rose Sugar," so of course, I had to purchase a bag to try at home. I absolutely love adding it to a rose-flavored tea or to a plain black or green tea. It also tastes lovely in baking - replace plain sugar in a scone recipe with rose sugar or in a shortbread cookie recipe - something where the delicate rose flavor can really shine. Each bag is 5 oz (142 g), and handcrafted with organic cane sugar and rose petals. Made by "Salt Traders" in Massachusetts.
