Rose Guarantee

Our beautiful roses are guaranteed for a full 1 year from the date of shipment to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. In the rare event that a rose dies within that year, we will take the following steps to make it right:

1. We will gladly replace it with the same type of rose, provided it is still available.

2. If the original rose is not available, we will offer to replace it with an alternative rose, but only with your permission.

3. Alternatively, we can issue store credit for the value of the rose, which can be used later for this product or any of our other delightful offerings.
